Immunizations
Eligibility:
- All children are eligible to receive immunizations at TNH
- Children under 5 years old must schedule a well-child visit and can receive immunizations during this appointment.
- Adults: Adults must be an active TNH patient and meet patient eligibility requirements.
Required Documents
- Children: Must provide immunization records from other facilities in order to receive vaccination on same day.
Child Immunizations
- Through the “Texas Vaccines for Children Program”, Texas Native Health offers all children’s vaccines and has the capability to look up prior immunizations with the Texas State Immtrak system.
Adult Immunizations
- TNH offers COVID-19, Tdap, Polio, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, Influenza, Pneumovax and Zoster as per CDC guidelines. Uninsured adults and those with Medicare may be eligible for the Adult Safety Net or patient assistance programs which help fund the cost of the vaccine.
Services not Currently Available
- Paid referrals to specialist doctors (providers will refer patients externally for services not offered by TNH. The cost of external services is not covered by TNH.
- X-rays; CT Scans; Ultrasounds; or MRI’s
