Benefit Overview
Paid Time Off
PTO hours are accrued at each pay period, beginning with the first pay period of employment, and are available for utilization as soon as accrued.

Paid Holidays
Employees are off on every federal holiday, one day of their choice during their birthday month, as well as the full week of Christmas. This totals to 16 paid holidays per year.

Retirement Plan
Texas Native Health will match employee contributions to a 403(b)-retirement plan at a rate of up to 3% of an employee’s gross wages after the 90-day eligibility waiting period.

Insurance Coverage
Insurance Premiums for self and dependents are 100% paid by TNH:
• Health Insurance – choose from 3 low deductible insurance plans: Cigna, GEHA, BCBS.

In-House Medical and Dental Care
Employees receive free in-house medical and dental services at Texas Native Health. (employee only, not family)
Supplemental Insurance
Optional supplemental insurance is offered to employees at their own cost.
Parental Leave
Eligible employees may utilize up to 12 weeks of parental leave per birth, adoption or placement of a child/children.
Employee Referral Bonus
Referral bonus of $500 if a candidate referred by you is hired, and completes their 90-day probationary period. If referred employee is still employed after 12 months, an additional $500 will be awarded to
you.
Bereavement Leave
Employees are offered (3) days of paid leave after the loss of a close relative.
Conditions Of Employment
- US citizenship is required.
- Incumbents of open positions will be subject to a background investigation commensurate with the risk and sensitivity level of the position.
- Successful completion of drug screening required.
- Submission of an official transcript for all earned coursework required.
- TB Test is required.
